The mission of the Fred and Mabel R. Parks Youth Ranch is to provide emergency shelter, counseling, and life changing services to abused and neglected youth. The youth receiving care at Parks Youth Ranch will be empowered with coping skills, hope, achievable goals; and no longer at risk of being homeless.
